All items made by me are guaranteed for 3 months with receipt and one month without.
If an item requires repair within 3 months of purchase, please contact me immediately to organise for a free repair or replacement.
There will be a charge for repairs needed after this time.
Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of the faulty or damaged item and return this to me together with the receipt and packaging within 14 working days in order to receive a replacement.
More often than not seeing something in the flesh is not the same as seeing it online! Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of item and return this to me together with the receipt, original packaging and in the original condition within 7 working days in order to receive a full refund.
